Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Fast English (“we”, “us”) is a language-learning service available at fastenglish.app and as an Android app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We process data in line with Brazil’s LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use it

3. Service providers

We share only what is necessary with: Stripe and Google Play (payments); OpenAI (generating texts and speech — the topics/text sent are not tied to your name or email); Google (Analytics, Ads, sign-in); Resend (transactional email); and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies and consent

Essential storage keeps you signed in and remembers your settings. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookies” in the site footer. Consent is passed to Google (Consent Mode). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account (or ask us to), we delete or anonymize your personal data, except what we must keep by law (e.g. payment records).

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, or to delete your account, write to smajbr@gmail.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).

7. Children

Children under 13 may use Fast English only through an account created and supervised by a parent, guardian or teacher. We do not knowingly collect data from children for advertising, and we do not use remarketing or interest-based advertising audiences for minors.

8. Security and transfers

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. Some providers process data outside your country; they do so under their own safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
