Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Fast English (“we”, “us”), a language-learning service available at fastenglish.app and as an Android app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Fast English offers texts, audio, spaced-repetition review and progress reports to help you learn English. Texts and audio may be generated by artificial intelligence. We may change, add or remove features, and we may adjust usage limits, with notice on the site when the change is significant.

2. Your account

3. Free plan

The free plan lets you try the service without a card, with the daily and weekly limits shown on the site. Limits may change. Accounts with an unconfirmed email may have lower limits.

4. Paid plans, credits and payment

5. 7-day refund

You may ask for a refund within 7 days of a purchase (plan by card or Pix; extra credits only if still unused) in Profile → “Request refund”. Approved card refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; approved Pix refunds are returned by Pix. A refund ends the access that was paid for.

6. Acceptable use

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

7. Content and AI

The site, texts, design and software belong to us or our licensors; you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. Content generated by AI may contain mistakes; it is a study aid, not professional, legal or medical advice. Text you paste or write stays yours; you allow us to process it to provide the service.

8. No guarantee of results

Learning depends on your practice. We do not promise fluency, a specific level, a score or a deadline. Percentages and charts shown as examples are illustrative.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights.

10. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are heard in the courts of your domicile when you are a consumer, as the law provides.
